Refund Policy
Last updated August 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back for software bought on beranek.site, and how to ask. It applies to every app sold here.
14-day refunds
If an app isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 14 daysof your purchase and we will refund it in full. You don’t have to justify the request, though telling us what went wrong helps us fix it.
Every paid app also has a free 14-day trial with no card required. Trying before you buy is the best way to be sure — but the refund window applies whether or not you used the trial.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number or licence key. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, at paddle.net using the same email address.
We aim to answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. How quickly it then appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
A refunded licence is revoked: it can no longer be activated on new installations, and the app returns to its unlicensed state. Please stop using the app once your refund is issued.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time — from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges and your licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your first payment on a subscription is covered by the same 14-day window. Renewals are not refunded automatically, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us — we would rather refund it than argue about it.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where a request is made well outside the window, or where an account shows repeated buy-and-refund activity. Refunds for purchases obtained fraudulently are handled by Paddle under their buyer terms.
Your statutory rights (EU / Czech Republic)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because software is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends the statutory withdrawal right once delivery begins. Our voluntary 14-day policy above applies regardless, so you are no worse off. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed software.
